GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO: INTEGRACIÓN DEL SABER, EL SABER HACER Y EL SABER SER
Synopsis
Knowledge has been the silent root that sustains the life of organizations, especially those born and raised in rural areas where tradition, experience, and collective memory constitute an invaluable intangible heritage. This work, "Knowledge Management: Integrating Knowing, Knowing How, and Knowing How to Be," delves into ancestral knowledge, production dynamics, and contemporary challenges that demand new ways of managing information and empowering human talent. Its structure is organized into four chapters that offer a conceptual, methodological, and applied overview of the cocoa sector in a coastal canton that produces fine aroma cocoa in Ecuador.
