Abstract

The registry law is a set of legal norms and principles that regulate the real rights over real estate regarding issues related to its constitution, transmission, modification and extinction, providing security to that legal traffic through the property records. In Cuba, the aim is to raise and maintain a sustainable economic-social situation, implementing new economic actors, which is why, in relevant and special treatment is the commercial registry. The objective is to raise awareness about the importance of the commercial registry publicity corresponding to the challenges imposed by the current Cuban context. The methods used at the theoretical level were the historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and, as specific to legal research; as empirical methods, non-participant observation and content analysis. The results obtained through this research are of a theoretical and practical nature, useful for both academics and legal operators.
