Abstract

The enforcement of the civil liability derived from the crime is essential in the reparation of damages suffered by the victims as a consequence of the commission of crimes. The objective of the work was to determine how the declaration and extension of the civil liability derived from the crime has behaved in the Provincial Court of Ciego de Avila. Results were obtained as the theoretical and doctrinal foundation of the civil liability derived from the crime, its behavior in the territory was analyzed. In this research, theoretical level methods were used: historical-logical analysis, analysis-synthesis and inductive-deductive. On the other hand, the empirical method of content analysis was used. This work gathers conceptual and theoretical issues, as well as a historical and contemporary analysis of the subject; as well as the work of the Provincial Court in its Criminal Courts, analyzing the work of the enforcement judge in the control and surveillance of the compliance of the ex delicto civil liability.
