Abstract

The phenomenon of forced expropriation is a subject that society has always been very skeptical about due to its lack of knowledge. This institution is sometimes misunderstood and confused with others, such as, for example, with the confiscation of goods and confiscation. Forced Expropriation follows a straight line, well delimited and framed on social interests and a compensatory nature, which makes the difference with any other legal institution. This work was based on the elaboration of a precise analysis of this institution as an administrative mechanism, aimed at solving events and requirements of our society that has evolved and extends like a tree and its branches. The development of this research is based on a historical point of view, taking some necessary elements that serve as a theoretical foundation for the argument of this work. Theoretical and empirical research methods are used for this purpose. The course work consists of two chapters: the first one is dedicated to the doctrinal theoretical analysis of the Forced Expropriation institution and related concepts, and the second one is dedicated to the reality of this institution in the Cuban legal system, as well as its behavior in the Central Zone of our country.
