The university-enterprise link, implementation of its legal form an Cuban university

Abstract

The research is linked to the field of Commercial Law, where it was evidenced that the non-creation of an interface company in the Avila framework has brought economic losses for the university and the province. The objective of the research is to propose the forms of juridical INTERFACE in the university of Avila and the companies of the territory in the year 2020. The methodological perspective approached is mixed, where theoretical and empirical methods have been used, which allowed us to carry out a deeper study about the INTERFAS and its close link with the university. With the realization of this research, certain achievements of vital importance for the territory were obtained, with the purpose of collaborating with the sustainable development of the country through the materialization of scientific research in universities in the business world through the socialization of knowledge. The work is distributed in two chapters, the first one deals with the analysis and evolution of INTERFAS and the second one deals with the legal regulation of INTERFA in the Decree Law 363 of 2019 and its linkage and development in the Máximo Gómez Báez University of Ciego de Ávila.
