Training system for knowledge management at the Tabaco Torcido Villa Clara Company

The objective of this research is to propose a training system to promote knowledge management among instructors at the Villa Clara Twisted Tobacco Company. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the identified dynamic relationships that underpin the structuring of the training content. This structure is based on the knowledge conversion cycle proposed by Nonaka & Takeuchi (1999) for knowledge management (externalization, socialization, combination, and internalization), where the workshop, mediated by dialogue, collective discussion, and "learning by doing," serves as the core methodology. The specialists deemed the proposed training system relevant because it reveals its theoretical and methodological nature and accurately reflects its intention as an effective outcome for promoting knowledge management training for instructors at the Villa Clara Twisted Tobacco Company.
