Abstract

This article addresses the inadequacy of legal frameworks in the face of the growing integration of computer tools in companies, with a specific focus on personnel selection processes using artificial intelligence (AI). The primary objective is to analyze gender discrimination, particularly towards women, in these automated processes. The need to establish limits on business freedom in the use of technologies that could perpetuate gender biases and stereotypes is evident. The study offers a significant contribution to the critical understanding of the challenges associated with AI in job selection processes.
