Organizational culture in the business growth of the Abdón Calderón savings and credit cooperative of the Portoviejo canton

The present investigation called organizational height in the business growth of the Abdón Calderón Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Portoviejo city, had as objective to determine the organizational culture and its incidence in the business growth of the cooperative, demonstrating that the organizational culture has different standards of behavior in which it is determined by each individual of the entity, this is directly linked to business growth, which is why the need to understand to what extent culture affects the development of organizations is born. A mixed methodological design was applied, whose scope was descriptive and exploratory in such a way that relevant information for the study can be obtained. Likewise, a population made up of collaborators and partners corresponding to 36 people was established, the data collection techniques applied were a questionnaire of directed questions for the organizational culture variable and a questionnaire of surveys established for business growth. In relation to the objectives established within the research process, it was possible to conclude and identify the importance of the study of the variables, for which the first determines the way in which the institution works and that is reflected in the personnel and in turn in the business growth in such a way that it encompasses several relative perspectives in reference to the expansion of the market directly with the increase of physical, material and technological resources.
