The present work contains a Strategic Plan aimed at a company providing training and qualification services for Security Agents, in response to the problem of inadequate administrative management, as a consequence of the lack of planning, organization, direction and control of the activities of the institutional business model. In relation to the research modality, the mixed modality (qualitative and qualitative) was applied, with the objective of obtaining information from primary sources through the application of field, descriptive and bibliographic types of research. The identification of the research problem was determined through direct observation as a field technique. In relation to the bibliographic sources, they were selected through the critical analysis of books, essays, articles, among others, by national and international authors; in order to theoretically support the construction of a viable solution proposal. On the other hand, data collection was developed through the application of a survey addressed to the human talent of the company under study. These data were analyzed, tabulated, interpreted and organized in a statistical table to facilitate their analysis. Finally, a proposal was developed to optimize the administrative management of the company, through the division of labor for the achievement of business objectives and to facilitate the effective management of the company.
