Abstract

Training the development of competencies that are functional in the lives of employees is due to the strengthening of the administration of services that a company can count on. The development of competences imparts effectiveness to human resources. Helping to obtain better products, services and human relations. An administrative process represents in the company or in all types of businesses the steps to follow since every business needs a good organization, coordination, direction and control to prosper in the market. It is evident how relevant is the development of skills, since it effectively helps in the human resources of the company, the survival of the company is a function of strengthening the administration of services that it has. In the execution of the following investigation, the necessary methods were employed to make known the benefits of the company. Research methods and market surveys were elaborated and executed, for which purpose the elaboration of an adequate process flow in the department of Human talent was proposed, which will help to reach the proposed objectives. From the foregoing, we come to consider the importance of creating a flow model of appropriate processes in the Human Talent department for the Portovejenses Routes that will contribute with the strengthening of the administration of services and the increase of users.
